The Dahlia Bar is a hangout world with a DJ booth, separate chill rooms, and 2 rooms locked behind a keypad. It also contained pictures of many/(all?) members ' symbols on the wall above the bar. I've heard before that it may have possibly been the world to start 2.0 with the event you can start in the 2nd locked room
Locked Rooms: Using the code from "Brutalist Office" you can get into the first room which inside contained a desk and bed. On the desk was various scattered (insert paper writing) The heart from "Lost Signal" and a cassette. When interacting with the cassette you get the text "Hydrangea tries to say something to Jasmine, but Nightshade suddenly appears and tries to stop Hydrangea from saying anything." Using the order of the members and their affiliated flower spoken, you can input it into the second keypad opening the second room. Inside is a very bright red lit room with a globe showing approximately where you live, and a wall with all? Members linked to the main dahlia. Upon activating the panel the text "We’ll see you at the beginning of the end "username" would appear on your screen and the panel would have a divided by zero error. The pipes connected to the Dahlia would also start glowing bright red.

Personal: I originally found the world (insert date later lol) when I was in the world "This isn't the place" I joined with 2 friends of mine after I saw there were people there. I don't remember the specific details of what they said, but they eventually put a portal to a beta version of the bar. After no clipping and looking around, the only difference was that the room behind the first keypad didn't exist and that the room with the connected flowers was unfinished only having the globe and board that gave the error and text "this is the beginning of the end" when interacted with. I do remember I also first met the investigator there as I talked with intelligencer right before going there and apparently he told him about me, so he decided to search for me, finding me in the bar.
