Noa is a Dahlia 2.0 creator, making their debut with (insert world). As of 3/24/23 they apparently abandoned their VRC account and twitter account, reason is unknown. Before their twitter deletion, they had posted multiple pictures of a world in the style of "The Four of Us are Dying" presumably being the next main world.
